User: Includes supervisors, psychologists, students, or any other party using the platform.
Administration: The team responsible for operating and managing the platform.
2. Terms of Use
Users must be of legal age in their country to use the platform.
Users are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration or updates.
Using the platform for any illegal, unethical, or policy-violating purpose is prohibited.
Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
3. Accounts and Privacy
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and not sharing them with any third party.
The platform is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the account resulting from user negligence.

4. Sessions and Supervision
Session scheduling and pricing are determined through the system or by the platform administration.
All parties (supervisor, specialist, and student) are required to attend at the scheduled times.
The administration reserves the right to cancel or modify any session in case of a violation or technical malfunction.
Recording or sharing session content is prohibited without the prior consent of the concerned parties.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through approved electronic methods within the platform.
In the event of session cancellation by the administration or due to force majeure, the payment will be refunded or the session will be rescheduled.
The user is not entitled to a refund after the session has begun or the service has been utilized.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights related to the design, trademark, text, and content belong to the Minder platform.
Copying or reusing any part of the platform is prohibited without prior written permission from the administration.
7. Notifications and Communication
The platform may send notifications via email or text message regarding updates, alerts, or policy changes.
By using the platform, you consent to receiving these notifications.
8. Amendments
The platform reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time.
Your continued use of the platform after the posting of amendments constitutes implicit acceptance of them.
9. Disclaimer
The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of or interruption of the service.
The platform is not a healthcare or medical provider, and its role is limited to organizing communication and academic supervision.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the country in which the platform is operated.
In the event of any dispute, it will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, it will be referred to the competent judicial authorities.
